Delete your DögEar account
This page explains how to request deletion of your DögEar account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Option 1: In the app
Open DögEar and go to Settings > Delete account.
Option 2: By email
Send an email to hello@dogearhq.com from the address you registered with, with the subject "DögEar account deletion request", and include your registered email address.
Requests are processed within 30 days, and a confirmation is sent once deletion is complete.

- Notification and device identifiers tied to your account.
What may be kept
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics.
- Records we are legally required to keep.
