SlideBlast Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SlideBlast ("the app", "the game"), a mobile game published by Crescent Harbor LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Pennsylvania, United States, operating under the DogearHQ brand. By downloading or using SlideBlast, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use SlideBlast for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control. This license is subject to these Terms and to the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
Modify, tamper with, or interfere with the app or its advertising.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

3. Advertising

SlideBlast is free and supported by advertising provided through Unity Ads. By using the app you understand that ads will be shown. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Game Progress

Your high scores and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not store your game data on our servers, and we cannot recover it. Deleting the app, or the data associated with it, will remove your progress.

5. Intellectual Property

SlideBlast, including its design, artwork, and code, is owned by Crescent Harbor LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of the app or its content.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

SlideBlast is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crescent Harbor LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use SlideBlast. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for it, which for a free app is zero.

8. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue SlideBlast or any part of it at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
